Every summer, theaters fill up with people as summer blockbusters release. New films and new installments in our favorite series. But, what if these movies contained life-changing truths that could change how we approach our daily lives What if these movies could come to life in a whole new way?
“AT THE MOVIES” IS BACK
Since 2017, Cornerstone Church has been hosting an annual summer tradition with our At the Movies series. From a red carpet out front, to popcorn and soda in the lobby, to greeters in costumes, and all sorts of surprises, our most beloved sermon series has drawn our family and friends, along with changing many of their lives. This summer, At the Movies is back and better than ever!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each week, Pastor Scott Savage teaches using snippets from a popular film. He follows the plot of the movie, pointing us to life-changing truths and connecting moments in the film with verses from Scripture. Using this creative method, we are immersed in the movie and we discover life-changing truths.
This series includes many special elements and unique experiences.

What time is At the Movies?
At the Movies will be held Sunday, August 17 and Sunday, August 24 at 9:00am & 10:30 am.
What should I wear?
Come exactly as you are - don’t dress up or down for anyone. Bonus points if you come dressed as your favorite movie character.
Can I watch services online if I can’t attend in person?
Absolutely! Due to copyright laws, we will only be streaming At the Movies live and on our website. You will not be able to view the service on YouTube or return to watch the service at a later date.
