Mental Health

We’re living through a pandemic in 2020 that has caused all of us think more about our physical health than ever before. But, before any of us heard of the term COVID-19, we were already battling a health epidemic – a mental health crisis.

On Sunday, September 6, we hosted an important conversation with six counselors who also happen to be followers of Jesus.

In preparing for this conversation, we gathered the contact info for these counselors in case you want to seek to meet with them further.

We also asked these therapists for their input on resources to improve your mental health and assist in your spiritual formation. They shared more resources than we could include here, but we did our best to curate a great list!

If you’re battling a mental health issue and would like to speak to a pastor or get a recommendation on a counseling referral, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
