Every fall, we take the opportunity to move out into our community over (at least) one week to make a tangible difference together. We call this week For Prescott Week. Working with ongoing partnerships and local schools, we put our faith into action and show how we are “for Prescott.” In previous years, we’ve fed breakfast to hundreds of school staffers, transformed playgrounds, cleaned up the yards of the new homes of the formerly homeless, and more!
In 2020, we want to continue this important tradition. But, like many things this year, our approach has changed. We have three different types of opportunities for you to participate in this year. They fall under the headings of Donate, Serve from Home, and Get Outside.

-to a sock drive with the Yavapai Territorial Gospel Rescue Mission

-by helping stock snack carts for staff members of local schools

-writing encouragement notes to staff members of local schools

-a cleanup day with Agape House (a ministry to help the homeless transition into housing)

-a cleanup day with Gospel Rescue Mission (a ministry to homeless women and their children)

-a playground painting project with a local school (helping students get exercise during COVID-19 restrictions)

Check back to this page through the week of October 3 for the opportunity to sign up and serve.
